Warranties

The Manufacturer/Dealer warrants each toner cartridge to be free from defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Any remanufactured laser toner cartridge found to be defective in materials and/or workmanship during the one (1) year period will be replaced at no cost.

The Manufacturer/Dealer further warrants that the remanufactured laser toner cartridge, under normal use, will cause no damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any printer for which the cartridge was intended. Any claim that the remanufactured laser toner cartridge resulted in printer damage must be verified with satisfactory evidence that the cartridge was directly responsible for any such damage or

failure. Any such claim must include a written statement on the service company's letterhead and signed by an authorized representative of the service company. Upon satisfactory verification by the Manufacturer/Dealer, we provide reimbursement for the directly related service cost.

This warranty will become null and void if the warranted cartridge is disassembled in any way or if the cartridge is handled, store or used in any manner considered abnormal.

The Manufacturer/Dealer's liability under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement or reimbursement as defined herein. No other expressed or implied warranty shall exist.

Remanufactured cartridges assure a performance that meets or exceeds original standards.

Print Warranty

Extended Warranties

We offer an extended warranty on all of our cartridges.  In addition to the above warranty we offer a (5) five replacement guarantee.  If at anytime after your normal warranty, your cartridge fails to perform, gets run over by a truck, just ship us the pieces and we will replace your cartridge for free.  Your new cartridge will be shipped by second day air.   We do not replace cartridges that are empty.

Investment: If your cartridges costs $0.00 to $100.00 the extended warranty is only $5.95.  if your cartridge is over $100.00 your cartridge is $8.95.   There is a small shipping charge of $5.00 for each cartridge. 

Original Equipment Manufacture's Warranty (OEM Supplies)
Seek Printer Service will honor the Original Equipment Manufacture's Warranty on any OEM items purchased at Seek Printer Service for 30 days after the purchase date.

A credit or reimbursement will not be issued to the end-user until the product has been verified to be defective by the manufacturer.

Labor Warranty
Seek Printer Service guarantees the labor on service calls for the period of 90 days.

Parts Warranty
Seek Printer Service will honor the warranty of the manufacturer of the parts used during any service call. Parts manufactures' warranties vary.

A credit or reimbursement will not be issued to the end-user until the part has been verified to be defective by the manufacturer.
